Highcross has let 10,753 sq ft office space at Kembrey Park, Swindon, to global relocation and moving services provider, SIRVA.
SIRVA has moved to the 21,883 sq ft Mulberry building from its existing office space at Kembrey Park’s Apple 3, following expansion. The company’s UK and European head office has been based at the business park for the last five years.
Steve Marshall, SIRVA’s Managing Director, Europe, comments: “Our expansion has created a need for more office space and the move to the Mulberry building enables us to accommodate the growth we are experiencing now and our planned expansion over the next eighteen months. We were keen to remain at Kembrey, as much of our business is along the M4 corridor and into London, so from a location and access point of view, it’s a convenient place to be.”
The Mulberry office building, which is now fully let, is in a prominent location at the entrance to Kembrey Park and provides high specification, air conditioned office space, with a landscaped central courtyard. SIRVA has carried out significant internal refurbishment to the office space to provide its employees with a new, exciting and spacious office environment.
Highcross asset manager Debbie Marshall adds: “The Mulberry building’s flexibility, great location and high quality specification make it an ideal headquarters building and following the completion of SIRVA’s programme of improvements, it will provide an outstanding working environment for the company’s current and future needs.”
Kembrey Park provides 700,000 sq ft of business space, including office accommodation, warehouse and light industrial units, set in an attractive landscaped site. Facilities include 24-hour security, on-site estate office, meeting rooms and ample parking. A hotel, restaurant, health/fitness club and coffee shop are also located at the park.
Joint agents for Kembrey Business Park are Keningtons and Loveday.
