OAS Development Awards Shortlist Announced

The finalists for the OAS Development Awards 2013, which are being held on 14 June at the Victoria Park Plaza Hotel in London, have been announced.

The OAS awards are now in their 31st year, and continue to attract entries from many of the leading schemes, developers, occupiers, agents, financiers and others annually, to celebrate the best developments and deals in London and across the UK. These are the only national awards handed out by agents.

The entry period for this year’s awards was from 1st October 2011 to 30th December 2012.  With the awards generating a fantastic response and high calibre of entries from across the UK, the judging process was completed in February, and was fiercely contested.
