Highcross has let a 2,314 sq ft office suite at Livery Place, Birmingham to Liverpool Victoria Friendly Society Ltd (LV=) on a five-year lease.
Livery Place is located on Livery Street, in the city’s Colmore business district, within easy reach of the main retail area and Birmingham’s Snow Hill and Metro stations. The 60,000 sq ft building has been extensively refurbished by Highcross and offers Grade A office space from 1,880– 9,100 sq ft.
Highcross Associate Director, Joe Curlett comments: “Livery Place is able to offer high quality, flexible office space at a competitive rent in an attractive city centre location. We have made significant investment in the refurbishment of the building and recent lettings to Bluu and LV=, have highlighted its strong appeal to a wide range of companies.”
