Shipping group Evergreen International, advised by DE&J Levy, has let five floors of offices at Evergreen House, Euston Road, London NW1 to the Serviced Office Group.
The incoming tenant, which is one of the country’s largest service office operators, has taken 22,140sqft on the third to seventh floors inclusive having agreed a 10-year lease at a rent of £33 per sq ft. There will be a rent free period of 21 months included in the deal.
Patrick Ryan of DE&J Levy says: “Google’s relocation has put this area firmly on the map for occupiers and this letting is indicative of the increasing appeal of the Euston-Kings Cross corridor as an office location.”
