Investream has re-launched Trinity Square, its 113,000 sqft (10,498 sq m) office development in Hounslow, only 3 miles from Heathrow and with direct links by London Underground, train or car to central London.
Acquired in 2011, with existing lettings to GE and Hewlett Packard, Investream has completed a major refurbishment programme to upgrade and modernise the full height central atrium and has brought 24,000 sq ft of office accommodation up to Grade A specification, with plans to roll out the refurbishment across a further 46,000 sq ft of available space. The quoted rent is £25.00 per sq ft.
Around 60 South East office agents attended the launch yesterday (5 June), which had a distinct Heathrow theme including aerial performers, air hostesses, a prize draw for a trip to New York and a Duty Free shop.
