GCW and Sanderson Weatherall have been appointed as joint letting agents by Orchard Street Investment Management on Old George Mall shopping centre in Salisbury, Wiltshire.
Orchard Street acquired Old George Mall for a pension fund client in June 2011 and has made the appointment of new letting agents to continue to enhance the tenant mix of the 140,000 sq ft open air shopping centre, the cathedral city’s prime retailing destination. Existing tenants include Fat Face, Top Shop, Russell & Bromley, Next and Cafe Rouge. A new 16,700 sq ft H&M anchor store is due to open in October 2013.
Orchard Street Asset Manager, Anna Bradford said; “GCW and Sanderson Weatherall will use their established shopping centre leasing expertise to continue to enhance the vitality of Old George Mall by attracting additional high quality retailers and advising on asset management opportunities.”
Earlier this year Orchard Street Investment Management also appointed GCW and Sanderson Weatherall as joint letting agents on the 246,000 sq ft Cascades shopping centre in Portsmouth.
