GMS Estates Limited, represented by Edgerley Simpson Howe and Wadham & Isherwood, has let a unit on Wrecclesham Road, Farnham to Southern Co-operative Limited as part of their convenience foodstore growth programme in the South East.
The retailer has committed to a pre-letting of a 5,540 sq ft unit after signing a 15 year lease at an annual rent of £74,790. The unit will be finished in mid summer 2014. There are two other adjoining units of circa 5,000 sq ft which will be available at a similar time. All three premises benefit from an unrestricted planning consent.
The retailer was not represented in this acquisition.
