Salmon Harvester Sells Slough Residential Scheme

February 17, 2014

Salmon Harvester Properties has sold Northgate House, Stoke Road, its residential development site located in Slough town centre to Barratt North London for £2.70 million.

Salmon Harvester secured detailed planning consent for a £17.50m residential scheme of 120 private residential apartments in October 2013 and Barratt proposes to commence construction during the first half of this year.

Philip Skottowe of Salmon Harvester comments: “Confidence is returning to the residential development sector in locations such as Slough which is experiencing a marked pick up in demand from home buyers and investors. Having secured a market facing planning consent and with arrival of Crossrail in 2019 the timing was good for us to sell”.

DPA2 acted for Salmon Harvester.
