Motcomb Estates, advised by Kitchen La Frenais Morgan, has agreed a 5 year lease with gentleman’s outfitters Dashing Tweeds for a 546 sq ft store at 26 Sackville Street, Piccadilly at a rent of £50,000 pa. This will be the online retailer’s first physical store and will be a showcase for the Dashing Tweeds’ ready to wear men’s collection.
Last year the retailer collaborated with BoxFresh to design a range of streetwear, including hi-tops and sneakers. The Dashing Tweeds range includes modern suits, pea coats, jackets, caps, bags and knitwear with a very classic British twist.

Sackville Street is still an eclectic shopping experience offering booksellers such as Sotherans and fabric suppliers such as Dormeuil, along with high street brands.”
