St. Modwen, advised by Kitchen La Frenais Morgan, has let two further units at Wembley Central Shopping Centre to The Perfume Shop and Wenzels the Bakers.
The Perfume Shop has signed a 10 year lease on a ground floor lock-up unit comprising 952 sq ft at £45,000 pa. Wenzels has taken a 10 year lease on a 941 sq ft lock-up from which it will sell bread, cakes, snacks, sandwiches and coffee.
Located adjacent to Wembley Central Station the scheme includes 135,000 sq ft of retail and leisure space, plus residential apartments above. It is home to brands including TK Maxx, Tesco, Sports Direct, Iceland, Argos, Costa, Explore Learning and The Gym. The second and final phase including the redevelopment of the station entrance is due for completion in September 2014.
