Poundstretcher Takes Former Paul Simon Unit In Catford

Aberdeen Asset Management, advised by ESH, has let a 6,965 sq ft retail warehouse unit at Catford Hill Retail Park, Catford, south east London to Poundstretcher.

The variety retailer has taken an assignment of a lease on the former Paul Simon unit from the administrators with a simultaneous regear with the landlord resulting in a rent increase of £131,500 pa (£18.75 per sq ft) in return for a 14-month period of reduced rent.

Poundstretcher were unrepresented.
