Forever 21 Continues European Drive With Harper Dennis Hobbs And Signs Up For Another German Store

Harper Dennis Hobbs (HDH) to advise Forever 21 on a major European expansion drive.

Forever 21 is looking for new stores in the major cities of France, Germany, Portugal, The Netherlands, Italy, Poland and Czech Republic as well as in new locations in the UK. The ideal stores will be 1,500-2,000 sq m in size and located in prime high street positions.

HDH has recently secured the latest Forever 21 shop at Westhellenweg 40-46 in the German city of Dortmund. The 2,000 sq m store will open later this year. It already has stores in Munich and Berlin.

Marinus Schouten, HDH director leading the campaign, said: “Dortmund is a great location for Forever 21 and we are currently in advanced negotiations on new sites in other cities in Germany, France and The Netherlands.”

In Dortmund, Luhrman advised the landlord, a private investor.
