More Space Goes At Central Park

Goya Developments and Scottish Widows Investment Partnership announce that Alaraby Television Network has taken Units 3 and 8 at Central Park in London’s Park Royal at a headline rent of £13.50 per square foot.

ATN already occupy Units 4 and 5 on the park and has now taken a further 41,065 sq ft of high quality warehouse space. ATN signed a 20 year lease on Unit 3 and a 15 year lease on Unit 8.

Developed by Goya Developments and Scottish Widows Investment Partnership, Central Park is situated in the heart of Park Royal adjacent to the Central Middlesex Hospital and near the Asda supermarket.

Its secure-by-design environment provides units from 10,975 sq ft to 162,651 sq ft. It is one of the first speculative warehouse developments in the UK which offers cutting edge, energy saving technologies to reduce carbon emissions  by over 25% (of a 2010 Building Regs warehouse) as well as achieving BREEAM Excellent and EPC A Ratings to all units.

Letting agents for the development are Smith Young Real Estate, Aspect Property Consultants and Colliers International.
