Prime Restaurant Unit In Tunbridge Wells Sells For £1.4m

A private client of Kitchen La Frenais Morgan has sold the long leasehold interest in a property at 6-8 Lime Hill Road, Tunbridge Wells, to a private investor for £1,427,500.

The ground and basement floors, comprising 3,433 sq ft, of the building, which is located just off Mount Pleasant Road on Lime Hill Road, is leased to Bills Restaurants Limited, with a guarantee from Caprice Holdings Limited. Bill’s signed a new 25 year lease in February 2014, at a rent of £85,000 a year and opened in the autumn.

Kitchen La Frenais Morgan acted on behalf of the vendor and the purchaser was unrepresented.
