Poundland To Open In Strood, Kent

Ropemaker Properties, represented by ESH, has let an 8,730 sq ft store at Strood Retail Park in Kent to Poundland.

The former Paul Simon unit has been let on a 10-year lease at £225,000 pa (£26 per sq ft).

The 105,000 sq ft retail park is also home to Next, Argos, Brantano, Carpetright, Matalan and B&Q and alongside a 76,000 sq ft Morrisons store.
