Alterity Investments Buys Prime Uxbridge Property

Alterity Investments, advised by Green & Partners, has purchased the freehold investment of 21/23 High Street, Uxbridge for £3.8 million, reflecting a net initial yield of 5%.

Located directly opposite Intu Uxbridge and within close proximity to the Underground station, the 7,430 sq ft property is let to Lloyds Bank Plc on a 10 year FR&I lease from June 2014 and generates an annual income of £200,000 pa.

BNP Paribas Real Estate represented the vendor, LFD Group.
