Paul Belchak & Co, on behalf of a private landlord, has agreed a 15 year lease with Pret a Manger for a 2,572 sq ft prime retail unit in Shoreditch. This will be Pret’s third store in the area, with existing units at Oliver’s Yard on City Road and Shoreditch High Street.
Pret a Manger has taken the ground and basement floors at 121/121a Bethnal Green Road, which sits on the junction of Bethnal Green Road and Brick Lane, on a new 15 year lease at a rental of £100,000 pa. Work is expected to start on site this month, with an opening planned for June 2015.
