Skechers USA Ltd has satisfied its search by acquiring a new head office in St Albans.
The company has taken an assignment of a lease from Premier Foods on CT3, Centrium, St Albans expiring in June 2017. Simultaneously it has negotiated a new reversionary lease from the landlord TH Real Estate commencing June 2017 for 10 years.
The building totals 16,500 sq ft on ground and two upper floors. The tenant will pay the passing rent for two years followed by the reversionary lease at a market rent along with a market rent free period.
