A private client of Green & Partners has let Unit 2, 75/76 Broad Street, Reading to Cancer Research UK.
The charity has taken a 10-year lease on the 2,405 sq ft retail unit at a rent of £77,500 pa with a break option at the end of year five. There is a nine months rent free period.
