AXA Real Estate, advised by Green & Partners, has agreed a new lease with Vision Express for a store in the centre of Cheltenham.
Vision Express has signed a 10-year lease on a 2,700 sq ft store at 188 High Street. The deal was simultaneous with the surrender of a lease to Santander and Vision Express is paying £180,000 pa.
