Surrey and Hampshire commercial property agency Wadham & Isherwood has appointed David Bowen (pictured left) as a Director. David will head up the firm’s new Camberley office and his appointment further strengthens the company’s position as one of the most established and experienced practices in the region.
Over the last 25 years Wadham & Isherwood has grown to become one of the most active and prominent agencies in the Blackwater Valley (M3), Guildford, Woking and east Hampshire markets. David will have responsibilty for business space in the M3 area. Together with co Director Nick Reeve, he will be looking at building on the firm’s excellent local reputation and driving the business forward.
David has always operated as a specialist commercial property agent and advises many institutions and corporate clients as well as occupiers in the M3 and A3 corridors. Current clients include St Modwen, Kier Developments, Aviva, Mc Kay Securites, Columbia Threadneedle, DTZ Investment Management, Investream and BMO Real Estate Partners.
David Bowen comments, “Having spent the last 27 years working in this regional market, I am delighted to be joining the team at Wadham & Isherwood and relish the fresh challenge that this brings. I believe that there are some great opportunities for us to develop and grow the business in an improving market and that the new team is ideally placed to exploit this.”
Nick Reeve adds, ”When David and I first discussed teaming up, we recognised that we can bring together extremely complementary skills and experiences. Whilst we are geared up to optimise the marketing opportunities that new media can offer, we know that property remains a people business and we recognise the need to retain a hands on involvement in all aspects of our clients service delivery on a day to day basis.”
David joined Vail Williams in Camberley as a graduate in 1988. In 1993 he moved to Bracknell and then the Thames Valley office, advising clients along the M4 corridor. He returned to Camberley as an Equity Partner and head of the Camberley office in 2004.
