Miss Sixty, advised by Harper Dennis Hobbs, is to open a new London store in Knightsbridge, London SW1.
The Italian, denim-led fashion brand, has agreed a straight 10 year lease on the 3,791 sq ft former Jacadi store at 1 Knightsbridge Green/52 Brompton Road, and is due to open its doors in early 2016.
The premises will span three floors with two floors of retail space and will be the fashion house’s sixth premises in the capital. Miss Sixty’s latest venture follows its recent opening in WestfieldLondon shopping centre, this month, further consolidating its positioning strategy in key areas across London.
The premises will reflect the brand’s premium, affordable luxury fashion status in a new store image with decor inspired by 1960s art, alongside modern elements, to create a strikingly futuristic effect.
Jones Lang LaSalle represented the landlord.
