CEG Gets Wireless Into The Horizon

Commercial Estates Group (CEG) has let 11,170 sq ft at its Horizon office building in Hurley, near Maidenhead to Wireless Logic.

Wireless Logic, Europe’s leading M2M Managed Services provider, is relocating from Beaconsfield and has agreed a new 10 year lease with 5th year tenant break on part of the 2nd floor at a rent of £25 per sq ft.

The letting follows the previous occupier GEO Group surrendering its lease back to the landlord.

CEG was represented by Hanover Green, Duncan and Bailey Kennedy acted for Wireless Logic while Cushman & Wakefield advised GEO.
