SALMON ANNOUNCES NEW DEAL WITH ITP AT STADIUM TRADE AND BUSINESS PARK IN READING

Salmon Harvester Opportunity Fund has agreed new leases totalling 26,000 sq ft at Stadium Trade and Business Park in Reading.

Existing tenant ITP has expanded into a new unit and signed a new reversionary lease on its existing space.

ITP Group is Europe’s largest dealer of empty print cartridges and has been a longstanding tenant on the Park. The company has signed a new five-year lease on unit 7, comprising 10,075 sq ft, at a commencing rent of £7.50 sq ft, with six months rent free. ITP has also entered into a new five-year reversionary lease on their existing unit comprising 16,604 sq ft, also at £7.50 sq ft with a rent free period.

Salmon Harvester has also signed deals at the Park with Abakas Direct and AT&T GB Ltd and secured new leases with existing tenants Screwfix, Al Murad DIY Limited and Mr Clutch.

Stadium Trade and Business Park is just over one mile west of Reading town centre. Other tenants include Plumb Centre, Halfords Autocentres, Benchmark Kitchens and Howdens.
