TRIPLE LETTING SUCCESS AT ANKERSIDE, TAMWORTH

LaSalle Investment Management, advised by Green & Partners and Space Retail, has let three shop units at its Ankerside shopping centre in Tamworth.

Jewellery retailer Pandora has signed a new 10 year lease for a 1,887 sq ft shop and will pay a rent of £38,000 a year, womenswear retailer Select has taken a 5,167 sq ft store also on a new 10 year lease while Ponden Home, which sells homewares and bedding, has leased a 2,762 sq ft shop.

Ankerside is the main shopping centre in Tamworth and is let to a number of multiple retailers such as Argos, Boots, The Body Shop, Poundland, Peacocks and Iceland.

Stephen Kane & Co advised Pandora, Rowley Hughes Thompson represented Select and FHP acted on behalf of Ponden Home.
