Retail consultancy Green & Partners has made four key promotions as it gears up for its next stage of growth. The new positions came into effect from 1 April 2017 and will be across the firm’s three core departments of Agency, Investment and Lease Advisory.
Partner Mike Willoughby will take on the new role of Equity Partner within Green & Partners’ Agency Department. Mike joined the consultancy in 2012, has worked across all areas of retail and will continue to represent clients including Aberdeen, M&G, LaSalle Investment Management, Sports Direct and Flannels.
Mike’s agency team colleague Matt Beardall is being promoted from Associate Partner to Partner. Matt, who has worked for Green & Partners since 2010, has gained invaluable experience specialising in in-town retail property and currently acts for clients including Aviva Investors, LaSalle Investment Management, M&G and St Modwen.
Meanwhile, the firm’s Investment Team will also welcome a new Partner in Ed Smith. Ed joined Green & Partners in 2011, having worked as an Assistant Fund Manager in Invista REIM’s Retail Team. His promotion from Associate Partner will see him develop his role in acquisition, disposal and funding of retail assets.
Green & Partners’ Lease Advisory Team advises a variety of landlord and retailers on areas such as rent reviews, lease renewals, dispute resolution and lease restructuring. Associate Partner Darren Coleman acts for clients such as Reed Specialist Recruitment, Arcadia and Ellandi and will take the next step up to the role of Partner.
