Experienced London leisure agent Emma Flather has joined Hanover Green Retail to lead its restaurant leasing team. Emma joins the independent property consultant after spending 6 years in the Development and London Estate Leasing Team at Davis Coffer Lyons. The key appointment will allow Hanover Green Retail to extend its reach into the leisure market, as Emma continues to source new brands and innovators to the benefit of Central London clients.
Emma Flather brings to the new role a wealth of experience, having advised principal London landlords including Shaftesbury, The Crown Estate, CapCo, Brockton Capital, BMO and Derwent. Emma was instrumental in the transformation of Carnaby’s Kingly Court and Neal’s Yard in Seven Dials into world-class dining destinations.
