Hempel Estates have secured Samsung Electronics Ltd as a new tenant at building 02 Meadlake Place Office Park in Egham. They will join British Marine Federation who occupy 03 Meadlake Place.
The 10,080 sq ft office building was fully refurbished by Hempel following their purchase of the Park from Rockspring in 2015. Samsung have taken the entire building on a new five-year lease at a rent of £28.50 per sq ft.
01 Meadlake Place is currently under construction to provide a new three storey office building totalling approximately 30,000 sq ft . Completion is due in October.
