Shake Shack, advised by Harper Dennis Hobbs (HDH), has taken an assignment of the Vico lease at 1 Cambridge Circus, London WC2.
Shake Shack’s seventh central London restaurant will open in October and comprises 2,284 sq ft of basement and 1,821 at ground floor level. The brand also has stores in Covent Garden, Tottenham Court Road, Leicester Square and Victoria, plus restaurants in Westfield Stratford and Canary Wharf.
Richard Wilcox of HDH comments, “Shake Shack is regarded as the premium burger brand and there is considerable demand from consumers for new locations. There is still huge potential growth within London which remains the key focus.”
