Zona Cafe advised by Belchak Corin & Co, has completed the reassignment of a lease at 188 Stoke Newington High Street, north London to Marylebone restaurant operator Twist Kitchen.
Twist Kitchen has taken over a 20 year lease (from 2016), with five yearly rent reviews, on the 1,200 sq ft premises, which include ground and basement space, plus outdoor terrace. The current rent is £42,000 pa.
Twist Kitchen was established by Amalfi born chef Eduardo Tuccilo in 2014. Whilst his culinary roots remain in Italy, professionally Eduardo has travelled from New York to South Africa. The Crawford Street restaurant focuses on fresh, seasonal tapas and is based around a central open kitchen.
