Lakeside North Harbour, Portsmouth continues to attract new businesses to its successful campus-working environment with a raft of new deals.

Avis has opened a new concept car and van hire facility on the park. The US owned car hire specialist has taken space for a new depot and parking on a 10yr lease. Other new office lettings have also been agreed with HomeServe/Checkatrade for 10,000 sq ft on a 12 year lease; Dynamite Recruitment for 3,000 sq ft on a 5 year lease; Dunstan Thomas for 7,900 sq ft on a 10 year lease; Conxserv for 3,500 sq ft on a 10 year lease; and Portsdown Office for 2,500 sq ft on a 5 year lease.

Meanwhile existing occupier Astute Technical Recruitment has taken a new 5,500 sq ft office on a 12 year lease.

Lakeside North Harbour provides 500,000 sq ft of Grade A office space to over 100 occupiers. There are approximately 4,000 professionals on site and 94% rank the campus as Good or Excellent in local satisfaction surveys. As well as the new hotel and fitness club, the campus also includes a 250-seat auditorium, cafes and retail outlets, occupier events such as ‘Street Food Friday’, day nursery, hair and beauty salon and free shuttle bus services to local transport hubs.
