LaSalle Investment Management, advised by De Souza Commercial and JLL, has secured leading recruitment specialist Page Group as its latest occupier to its 65,176 sq ft (6,055 sq m) office building The Switch, Slough.
Page Group is taking the 9,429 sq ft third floor on a new ten-year lease. This follows the deal late last Autumn to flexible workspace operator Orega which took 21,023 sq ft.
James Smith, National Director at LaSalle Investment Management said: “We are now approximately 65% let at The Switch highlighting that companies are increasingly looking for flexible buildings that can offer a high specification working environment and excellent transport links.”
The Switch was formerly home to Amazon and has been transformed to provide competitively priced grade A offices with some 21,000 sq ft now remaining available. Its central location benefits from Slough’s excellent transport connections and the arrival of Crossrail will mean its occupiers will be able to reach Bond Street in 30 minutes and the City in 35 minutes.
