Leading British Women’s fashionwear brand Rixo have taken 4,000 sq ft of offices, on a new 10-year lease at the newly completed Barrel Yard in Hammersmith, joining business training and development specialists Interactive Workshops who have taken 2,075 sq ft on the scheme earlier in the year.
The newly refurbished 16,000 sq ft of creative courtyard offices benefits from an internal landscaped courtyard, independent office entrances, onsite bike and car parking together with a concierge reception. The office units are available for sale on a virtual freehold basis or to lease.

The scheme, which is jointly owned by Western Ridge & Tri Capital was previously on the site of the Innocent Drinks HQ. Barrel Yard is located amongst a collection of Victorian streets in a beautiful pocket in West London known locally as Brackenbury Village, being a short walk from Goldhawk Road Station. Frost Meadowcroft and HNG are joint agents on the scheme.
