Following the recent completion of the re-construction of 42,500 sq ft of new offices at 255 High Street in Guildford, Beltane Asset Management have secured their first office tenant.

K2 Corporate Mobility Ltd, an independent global relocation and professional services provider, are to relocate their UK HQ from Weybridge to the top, 5^th floor at 255 High Street. The 7,464 sq ft office space includes access to around 700 sq ft of newly created terrace.

K2 have taken a new 10 year lease ay a rent of £36.50 psf, which is a record high for Guildford office space and reflects the top quality specification at 255.
