Arlington has agreed a freehold turnkey deal with luxury and supercar dealer HR Owen Plc for a new showroom at Hatfield Business Park, Hatfield, Hertfordshire.
Arlington has sold a five-acre plot to HR Owen, which has the regional franchise for Bentley, Lamborghini and Maserati, and has been appointed as development manager to create an impressive, multi-franchise car dealership and office, comprising five showrooms, vehicle servicing workshops and vehicle storage facility. Winvic has been appointed as building contractor.
Work is due to commence on the 220,000 sq ft facility this month and will be completed in December 2021, ready for opening in 2022.

It seems appropriate in many ways as the company founder – Captain Harold Rolfe Owen – was a former Royal Flying Corps airman and the brand’s new home is a former airfield.”

Hatfield Business Park is a thriving mixed-use development, set within a carefully landscaped environment. It sits on 400 acres of the former Hatfield Aerodrome and hosts 3.5 million sq ft of business space.
