SALMON SECURES PLANNING FOR SOUTHAMPTON SHEDS

Salmon Property and The Royal London Pension Property Fund have been granted planning for their 150,000 sq ft Industrial and logistics scheme in Southampton.

The development is on the former Newsquest site at Test Lane, Nursling, and will comprise three units totalling 150,000 sq ft.

The £35m scheme is due for completion in Q4 2022

Paul Stoodley CEO of Salmon Property said: ‘Southampton and the M27 Corridor is an active and undersupplied market which we are looking forward to delivering these units into’.

Michael Le Gray and Griffiths Eccles acted for Salmon Property and Royal London, respectively, while Lambert Smith Hampton acted for Newsquest.
