IV REAL ESTATE SHAKES UP BRISTOL’S CORN STREET WITH LONDON COCKTAIL CLUB DEAL

September 27, 2021

IV Real Estate has secured its first letting at Gilbert House, a recently redeveloped 12,475 sq ft retail and office building at 37-39 Corn Street, Bristol.

The London Cocktail Club will open its second bar in Bristol after agreeing a new 20-year lease for the 3,289 sq ft ground and part basement floors to add its already established bar on The Triangle.

Alex Jordan of IV Real Estate said: ‘This is another exciting operator to join Flight Club in our adjacent building at 41 Corn Street and adds to the vibrant food and drink offering on the street.’’

Savills and Alder King advised IV Real Estate with Edge Commercial representing The London Cocktail club.

Gilbert House provides new period office space within one of the city’s most elegant historic buildings. Built in 1933 by renowned architect Sir Giles Gilbert Scott, the offices have been extensively refurbished to include new air conditioning, windows, a communal roof terrace and an attractive courtyard.
