Redevco appoints Chris Fleetwood Portfolio Director UK

Redevco, one of Europe’s largest privately-owned real estate investment managers, announced Chris Fleetwood to join its UK business as Portfolio Director as of January 24, 2022. He will be reporting to recently appointed Co-head Client & Fund Management Thierry Cahierre, who will also continue to lead the global Asset & Development Management function.

Chris will succeed Andrew Foulds who has been with Redevco for more than 10 years and has been working an extended notice period to create continuity for the UK team, after having decided mid-2021 to pursue his career elsewhere. Andrew joined Redevco in 2011 as Portfolio Director and developed an excellent track record in creating value through leasing and asset & development management. He was instrumental in transforming and upgrading the -predominantly retail- UK portfolio significantly. In this context Andrew was responsible for realising the major redevelopment of the iconic retail and cultural quarter Hanningtons Lane in Brighton. in addition to executing Asset and Development projects throughout the UK.

Chris joins from Landsec where he was Development Director.
