Logistics and industrial real estate asset manager and developer, Coltham has appointed Mark Snow, as senior development director, and Ros Pett, as investment director to strengthen its team, and opened a new office in the capital at Rathbone Place.
The moves follow a joint venture announcement last month that the company has teamed with Delancey, to launch UK logistics platform, Greenlight.
In their new roles Mark Snow will assist in acquisition opportunities, unlocking sites and delivering developing schemes. Ros will be providing underwriting expertise on new opportunities and supporting ongoing asset management of existing sites as well as ensuring the highest possible environmental standards are met and providing innovation insights on new developments and refurbishments.
Mark Snow has 23 years’ experience in the industrial sector developing schemes at SEGRO and St Modwen. In the past eight years Snow has held senior positions, leading development teams that have successfully delivered 5.6m sq ft across 40 sector leading schemes.
In particular, Mark has been at the forefront of innovation and sustainability with the first carbon neutral and BREEAM Outstanding schemes, alongside experience of multilevel, mixed use and data centre schemes.
Ros Pett has over two decades of experience in real estate advisor roles in both consultancy and underwriting roles across real estate investment.
Starting her career at Cushman & Wakefield in the business space capital markets team, Ros was a real estate underwriter at Hudson Advisors UK, an investment advisor to Lone Star Funds. She was involved in a wide number of investment transactions across all asset classes and structures.
Recently, she has studied the importance of embedding sustainability and environmental initiatives at all points in the lifecycle of the built environment.
The new team of 9 has over 150 years of combined experience and directly involved with building, buying, selling some of the UK’s top industrial warehouses. Coltham are actively seeking new development and investment opportunities.

Greenlight will focus in on sustainable, mid-box logistics schemes adjacent to large towns and cities, with transport links through the country. It will look to bolster the undersupply of high-quality, modern assets in the range and size.
