GCW, the town centre property consultancy, has recruited Jack Suiter to its Owner team.
Working with the head of Owner team and GCW Partner, Nick Warr, along with the wider team, Jack will advise landlords on their shopping centre assets across the UK, with a focus on the South East region, including AEW’s Windsor Royal Station and Windsor Yards.
Suiter moves to GCW from Brecker Grossmith, where he served as an agency negotiator in the commercial agency sector. His professional journey also includes several years’ experience at Realm Estates, a residential agency.
