KLM Real Estate has promoted James Williamson and Henry Gittins to Associate Partner.

James joined in 2021 and works in the firm’s retail and leisure agency team acting for landlord clients such as L&G, NFUM, Tideway and occupiers including Daves Chicken, IWG, Auntie Anne’s and Adventure Leisure.

Henry provides retail agency and lease consultancy advice to KLM Real Estate’s extensive client roster, including The Crown Estate. Most recently he has advised Starbucks on their London expansion. He joined the firm in 2019.
