Dynamo Hall set to hold the live playable version of the widely successful TV series
The brand-new reality game experience The Traitors: Live Experience (inspired by hit TV series The Traitors), has secured its new home in Arclight, Seven Dials, Covent Garden, developed by Span Group & P&C. Bluebook and RX London advised the landlords.
Show producers, Immersive Everywhere, have taken the building’s 13,300ft sq ft Dynamo Hall on a 10-year-lease, where it will stage The Traitors: Live: Experience, that put fans directly in the middle of the action.
Dynamo Hall is the-four floor central feature at the 30,000 sq ft Arclight, 60 Short’s Gardens, a sensitively refurbished Victorian building, which historically housed generators for the theatre district.
The Traitors: Live Experience is a two-hour, adrenaline-pumping social deduction challenge where players step into the roles of Traitors or Faithful, plotting alliances, betrayal, and deception in a race to uncover the truth.
The remaining office space is spread across four upper floors are available on a floor by basis either Cat A or fully fitted. There are two unique heritage warehouse floors that benefit from original exposed brickwork and factory windows and two new floors which benefit from a large private terrace.
Nicholas Emblem, development director at Span Group said: “The cavernous dynamo hall space, within the industrial Victorian Arclight building is a perfect blank canvas for the Immersive Everywhere ambition and creativity to be realised. We are excited to see how they transform the space into The Traitors: Live Experience. And look forward to the employment, energy and activity this brings to the area and our rejuvenated building.”

Situated in the heart of Covent Garden, the venue offers an ideal location – we’re excited to open our doors this summer.”
The Traitors: Live Experience begins in July – November, with more dates to be added.
Bluebook and RX London advised Span Group on the Dynamo Hall letting and are letting agents for the offices.
In addition, there are four newly developed luxury apartments, that includes a duplex penthouse, with a private rooftop terrace.
