GCW has enhanced its client service offer with the appointment of Bobby Share as a surveyor in its occupier advisory division and the promotion of Chris Kenealy to Associate Director in its Owner team.
Bobby will work with Managing Partner Simon Morris on the firm’s growing portfolio of occupier clients and he joins from Safestore where he handled property acquisitions and development. Prior to that he worked in Morrisons’ property team.
Chris Kenealy provides leasing advice on numerous shopping centres and high street properties to key clients including CBRE Investment Management and NewRiver. He joined GCW in 2022.
Simon Morris, managing partner of GCW said: “Alongside acquisition projects, our occupier advice is focused on how our clients can extract maximum value from their portfolios in relation to their customer base. Bobby’s in-house occupier experience will be a great addition to our team.”
