National property consultancy Carter Jonas has appointed Ryan Dean as a Partner in its growing Commercial team, based at the firm’s London headquarters at One Chapel Place.
Dean brings over 25 years of experience in the UK property market, joining from Lambert Smith Hampton, where he was Executive Director and Head of Transactional Services. His extensive track record in commercial real estate, spanning major leasing, investment and advisory work, positions him as a key figure in Carter Jonas’ next phase of strategic growth.
In addition to his role in the Commercial team, Dean will sit on the Carter Jonas Commercial Board, chaired by Alexandra Houghton, Head of Commercial. His appointment is an important step in advancing the firm’s Vision 2030 strategy, reinforcing its commitment to delivering best-in-class transactional and consultancy services across the UK.

As part of his remit, Dean will lead Carter Jonas’ national Offices team, working closely with Scott Harkness, Head of Transactions, to expand the firm’s capabilities in the Industrial, Science and Technology and Living sectors.
