NASH BOND SECURES NEOM ORGANICS FOR PRESTIGIOUS FLAGSHIP STORE ON LONDON’S KING’S ROAD

May 9, 2017

Nash Bond, acting on behalf of Cadogan, has secured a London flagship on King’s Road for wellness and beauty brand Neom Organics.

The brand, which was founded by a former editor of Glamour magazine in 2005, will open the new flagship in the heart of Chelsea shortly.

The 818 sq ft (76 sq m) unit at 186a King’s Road, complements stores in Wimbledon and Victoria Gate in Leeds. Neom Organics opened its first store and wellbeing treatment rooms in Wimbledon in 2015. The top-end beauty and wellbeing brand was previously only available in department stores and luxury spas.

Neom Organics has signed a four-year lease for the Kings Road unit, paying a rent of £110,000 a year. A four-month rent free period was agreed as part of the deal.

As well as the company’s unique Scent Discovery Test visitors to the store will be able to enjoy a complimentary consultation, relax with a herbal tea or browse the store’s ‘wellbeing library’.

Louisa Dalgleish of Nash Bond said: “The high-end appeal of this exciting wellness brand makes the iconic King’s Road the perfect location for a London flagship and following the success of the first store in Wimbledon over the last two years is sure to do well. We are pleased, on behalf of Cadogan, to have helped Neom Organics secure their London flagship.”

Nash Bond represented the landlord, Cadogan. Neom Organics was represented by Thomas Pain.
